Questions
- Do credits expire?
- Purchased packs never expire. Monthly plan credits roll over for one month, then expire. We'll always show you which credits are used first (the ones that expire soonest).
- What if a generation fails?
- The held credits return to your balance automatically. If the video was made but a caption or export step fails, you can retry that step for free. You're never charged twice.
- Why no 'unlimited' plan?
- Video models cost real money per second. 'Unlimited' plans hide that with time limits and slowdowns. We'd rather show you the true price and keep it low.
- Is editing really free?
- Yes. Captions, narration, re-exports and downloads never cost credits. You only pay when a model generates something new.
